HKU offers structured pre-incubation/incubation programmes to support students, alumni and staff members to embark on the entrepreneurial journey.
Through these programs, participants gain crucial skills and resources necessary to refine and develop their startup ideas, as well as valuable connections within the entrepreneurial community, leaving them well-prepared for the next stage of startup development.

Eligibility
Company registered within three years at the time of application;
With concrete business plans in HK or GBA region
Age: 18-39 (as of the Application Deadline)
Holder of a Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card
Not subject to any bankruptcy orders or proceedings
Have not received funding from the Entrepreneurship Scheme under the YDF (including previous and current rounds from any NGOs)
Have established or plan to establish operations in Hong Kong or GBA cities (other regions not excluded)
