She is passionate about building ecosystems, fostering connections, and developing ventures that empower the next generation while shaping the future of consumer engagement. 

As the Co-founder of Z Label, a tech-centric venture group, she focuses on the intersection of emerging technologies and Gen Z consumer trends. Her expertise spans the creator economy, D2C, travel, and wellness sectors, with involvement in ventures such as Stanly, Unik Wellness, and Anywhere Lab, all leveraging technology to enhance cultural experiences. 

Rebecca is also an active startup mentor and advisor, guiding founders on strategy, growth, and market expansion. Previously, she led digital transformation at Media Asia Entertainment Group and was a founding member of KKday, driving its market expansion. A strong advocate for female founders, she has authored a book and contributed thought leadership columns to Asian media outlets.
