Google Cloud x HKU Startup Connector – US$250,000 Google cloud credits for promising AI startups
The Startup Connector is dedicated to supporting HKU entrepreneurs and startups by linking them with talent, customers, professionals, incubators, accelerators, investors, and other essential resources for team formation and growth. In partnership with Google Cloud, this programme will provide 15 HKU AI startups with USD 250,000 in Google Cloud Credits each until the quota is depleted.

Eligibility
You must be working on an AI-related project and:
- be an HKU student, graduate, or staff member;
- have a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong with HKU member(s) holding over 20% of the equity; and
- have proof of investor(s)’ intent to invest—this could be a letter of intent or documentation of committed capital.

Selection Process & Criteria
Suitable candidates will be invited to an interview/live pitch with the HKU Startup Connector Programme Director, and recommendations will be endorsed by Google Cloud.

Points to Note
HKU/Google retains the right to suspend or terminate the allocation of Google Cloud credits in cases of disruptive incidents, unprofessional behaviour, or other infractions.
