Eligibility:
• Age 18-39 and a Hong Kong Permanent Resident.
• No bankruptcy history.
• Start-up operational for less than 3 years.
• Plan or establish operations in Hong Kong or GBA cities.
HKU Relevance:
• Person-in-Charge must be an HKU member (student, staff, or alumni) or from affliated institutions holding at least 20% equity; OR
• The start-up is commercializing or planning to commercialize HKU intellectual property.
