Hay-koze Limited 229 million outdoor workers face 19,000 heat-related deaths and 22.85 million occupational injuries annually—a crisis intensifying with rising temperatures [ILO]. Our patented solution is the Air Ring 49 (AR49), the world’s first and award-winning, contactless biomedical cooling additive for safety helmets. At just 155g, AR49 is tested to cool critical head hotspots by up to 5.1°C, headache-free, delivers 15 hours of power, and adapts to any helmet with our proprietary Smart-lock. Unlike waist fans or sweat-soaked cooling jackets, it’s ergonomic, agile, and maintenance-free. With over 350 units already deployed by leading contractors including China State and REC Engineering, and recognition from HKSTP Incubation and the James Dyson Award, AR49 is reshaping the $49B cooling device industry. Our vision: revolutionize headspace cooling and health monitoring—beyond helmets, to hats and even runners—unlocking safer, more agile lifestyles worldwide. Engineering Mr. Jeff Li Mr. Jeff Li
MattVerse Limited Although the new energy industry is growing rapidly, its R&D still relies on trial-and-error, limiting performance and safety improvements. Inspired by semiconductor EDA, MattVerse launched the Battery Design Automation (BDA) platform, integrating AI, quantum chemistry, and multiscale modeling to deliver an end-to-end digital workflow from material discovery to system applications. Since 2023, the company has secured multi-million-dollar financing and commercial orders, proving its technological and market value. Now evolving into BDA 2.0, users can describe needs in natural language, and AI agents will automatically handle tasks such as material design, structural optimization, and performance prediction. With strong potential to expand into semiconductors, chemicals, and advanced materials, MattVerse is driving new energy R&D toward full intelligence and leading digital innovation in manufacturing and materials science. AxileLife AxileLife Limited is a deep-tech reproductive platform company spun out of The University of Hong Kong. Through advanced imaging and AI, we are redefining how fertility is diagnosed, treated, and optimized. Our three-step product strategy — from sperm diagnostics to intelligent selection to embryo assessment — targets the most critical bottlenecks in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART). Unlike conventional tools that rely on subjective, manual decisions, our solutions deliver real-time, standardized, and data-driven insights. With clinical pilots launching, patents filed, and early partnerships formed, we are now raising funding to scale product rollout, secure regulatory approvals, and grow our footprint across Asia’s rapidly expanding fertility market. Biotech Prof. Kevin TSIA Michelle LO
BioEcho Limited BioEcho is the world’s first AI-powered wearable echocardiography platform.
We have miniaturized conventional ultrasound machines into a coin-sized device, integrated with flexible sensors and advanced AI algorithms to deliver radiation-free, real-time, 24/7 heart monitoring. It can be worn easily during daily life, exercise, elderly care, or clinical nursing. When risks are detected, AI instantly analyzes the signals, reports to the smartphone, and can connect with medical assistance if needed. With this groundbreaking innovation, BioEcho enables early detection and timely intervention in cardiovascular disease.

Gene to Health Limited 2Health AI (2HAI) provides innovation initiative that blends the core technologies of the original Gene-to-Health (G2H) platform with cutting-edge generative foundation models (such as DeepSeek), AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). The result is a comprehensive intelligent-agent platform that unifies multi-omics analysis, disease-risk prediction, and health / genetic counselling in a single solution with GPT-style interface. It integrates personal DNA, omics data, physical-exam reports, medical records, and lifestyle information to generate polygenic risk scores for more than a thousand phenotypes and common diseases. Via interactive dialogue, the platform interprets these risks, offers personalized nutrition, prevention, and intervention advice, and delivers visually rich health reports. We offer technological licencing and subscription service to clients from pan-genomics and healthcare industry. Biotech Prof. Pak SHAM Lane CHEN
InnoScreen Research Limited InnoScreen’s AI-driven Drug Design (AIDD) tools integrate Quantum Chemistry and AI to enhance and accelerate the drug discovery process. Quantum Chemistry, a method that uses Quantum Mechanics to predict chemical bonding, molecular structures, reaction mechanisms, and calculate free energy scores, is the most accurate simulation method available. However, it demands significant computational resources, resulting in slow computation speeds. To overcome this limitation, InnoScreen employs AI to accelerate Quantum Chemistry simulations and reduce computational costs. The AI model learns from high-quality data generated by Quantum Chemistry simulations without relying on experimental data.

InnoScreen’s AIDD tools have demonstrated superior performance compared to traditional computational drug design (CADD) tools and other pure AI-driven tools, as evidenced by their results in various benchmark metrics. Currently, InnoScreen is leveraging its tools to develop its own pipelines.
