Mr. Victor WANG 
Co-founder of ZhenFund; Co-founder of New Oriental (NYSE: EDU); Donor, Future Science Prize – The Mathematics and Computer Science Prize 

Mr. Victor WANG is the co-founder of ZhenFund, and a renowned enthusiast and collector of Western ancient books. He has authored and translated influential works such as “Reading Reconstructs Me,” “A Bookworm’s Summer in Oxford,” and “The Private Papers of a Bankrupt Bookseller.” Mr. Victor WANG is not only a respected entrepreneur but also an eminent scholar in humanities. As such, he frequently provides guidance to portfolio companies regarding their mission and vision. Prior to ZhenFund, Mr. Victor WANG co-founded New Oriental Education and Technology Group (NYSE: EDU), the largest provider of private education in China. In 2015, he was honored as a Foundation Fellow at Harris Manchester College, University of Oxford. 

 

 
Mr. Juncheng Zhu
Venture Technology Manager of Beijing Institute of Collaborative Innovation (BICI)

Mr. Juncheng Zhu works on commercializing early-stage advanced technology with focus on intelligent manufacturing and advanced materials. He led the investment and incubation of several BICI funded projects with technologies originated from  Oxford, Cornell, Michigan and HKUST. Prior to BICI, He had multiple years experience in automotive and medical device industry in US. He formerly worked for Integrated Supply Network and Helmerscientific, with various roles in R&D, project management, compliance certification and global sourcing. He holds a master’s degree in mechanicalengineering from Purdue University and a bachelor’s degree from Shanghai JiaoTong University.

 
 
 
Mr. Phil Ji  

Partner of Lighthouse Capital; Management Partner of Lighthouse Capital Growth Fund; Leader of Industry Development Consulting Team; with an MBA from Columbia University 

Mr. Phil Ji is primarily responsible for the asset management business of Lighthouse Capital, and has led the fundraising, investments, and management for growth funds and multiple dedicated funds. He has also jointly led acquiring Hong Kong brokerage licenses as well as several US & Hong Kong IPOs. Before joining Lighthouse Capital, Mr. Ji accumulated multiple years of experience in venture capital and governmental implementation. Prior to joining Lighthouse Capital, Mr. Ji served as Senior Investment Director of Yimei Capital and Vice President of GSR Ventures. Mr. Ji also worked in the Global Capital Markets Dept. at Barclays Capital (New York & Boston) and helped companies in completing their IPOs in the US as well as subsequent financing from secondary markets. 

 

 
Mr. Frank Su 

Founding Partner of Redhill Capital, MD/MBA     

Frank has over 20 years of experience in the medical industry and has worked for many well-known medical enterprises, such as Johnson & Johnson and Novartis, in senior management positions. He was also a serial entrepreneur both in medical device and immunology drug development areas. Frank started his venture capital journey in 2013. He incubated many well-known medical enterprises, including Genetron Health, Guangzhou Medprin Regenerative Medical., Beijing Hocremed medical device, Juventas Cell Therapy, and TCRCure Therapeutic, etc.

Mr. Sun Yelin possesses extensive experience in the IT industry and investment field. He focuses on investing in the field of intelligent technology, including semiconductors, intelligent terminals, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and enterprise-level services. His representative investment cases include Innocence, Vertilite, NuVolta Technologies, Epicmems, Joywell Semiconductor, Jingwei Hirain, SmartX, Hanshow Tech, etc. He formerly served as Senior Vice President at Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., and held positions including President of the Optical Transmission Business Unit. He holds a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in physics Electronics and Optoelectronics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
