Ann is a qualified lawyer who came to entrepreneurship in 2011 as Enterprise Programme Director for the Scottish Institute for Enterprise. A role that had her developing resources and programmes for Scottish Universities. In 2021 she joined the Entrepreneurship Centre at Cambridge Judge Business School as Head of Practice, becoming the Centre’s Head in May 2025. She is responsible for its strategy and partnership development, as well as designing new programmes for the Cambridge ecosystem and the Centre’s national and global partners. Her interests include strategic foresight and design future methodologies for disruptive entrepreneurship and innovation, working with ventures on their prototyping strategies and with ventures looking to set clear growth goals to leverage their SEED or Series A funding.
