This workshop introduces the fundamentals of intellectual property and patents, helping participants understand the key characteristics of a strong patent and avoid common mistakes through real-world case studies. Participants will also learn how to read and interpret patent documents, including the purpose and significance of different sections, key drafting formalities, and best practices. Interactive exercises will provide hands-on experience in analysing patents and applying the concepts learned.
