DESCRIPTION:Cyberport University Partnership Programme (CUPP) 2025\n  \nCyberport University Partnership Programme (CUPP) is a FinTech focused entrepreneurship programme with boot camp\, mentorship and competition that aiming at nurturing young FinTech talents for Hong Kong since 2015. CUPP is a programme on nomination-based.\nFor the upcoming cohort\, CUPP is themed in AI\, Blockchain\, Cybersecurity and Web3. \nhttps://cyberport.hk/en/cyberport-university-partnership-programme \n  \nCUPP 2025 offers\n  \n\nWin HK$100\,000 grant by Cyberport Creative Micro Fund\nA series of digital tech pre-camp nurturing sessions in Hong Kong\nEntrepreneurship Boot Camp at Draper University in Silicon Valley\nMentorship and insight from industry experts\nPitch your digital tech business idea to investors\n\n  \nEligibility\n  \n\nProject must be rooted in digital tech.\nApplicants must be nominated by CUPP Co-organising Universities (CityU\, HKBU\, HKMU\, HKSYU\, LU\, SFU\, CUHK\, EduHK\, HSUHK\, PolyU\, HKUST\, HKU).\nApplicants must be between 18 and 30 years old (inclusive) upon the nomination deadline (i.e. 3 March 2025).\nApplicants must be undergraduate or postgraduate students nominated by the Co-organising Universities\, either currently enrolled university students or recently graduated within 3 years prior to the nomination deadline (i.e. 3 March 2022 to 3 March 2025) from the Co-organising Universities.\nApplicants must have a good command of English.\nTeam members could be a mixture of students or recent graduates from the CUPP 2025 Co-organising Universities.\nEach team could have up to 5 members. Suggested team structure:\n1 team leader (i.e. principal applicant) with Hong Kong ID Card holder and main contact person of the team.\nUp to 2 core team members with technical/UIUX knowledge\, who will be joining Entrepreneurship Boot Camp\nUp to 2 supporting team members\, who will NOT be joining Entrepreneurship Boot Camp\nMaximum 3 members per team can join the Entrepreneurship Boot Camp.\n\n  \nTimeline\n  \n \n  \nHow to Apply CUPP?\n  \nCUPP is a nomination-based program. Interested applicants should contact the CUPP 2025 Co-organizing Universities for nomination details. Nominated teams should provide their academic performance\, awards received\, entrepreneurial experience\, and proposed project to the universities for consideration. \n  \nApply for HKU nomination quota: \nSubmit your application by February 16 23:59. \nSelection-based: Selected students will be notified by email from HKU TEC. \n  \nWhat to do next after HKU nominates your team: \nA written test and interview will be arranged after the nomination deadline. The written test will be reviewed by Draper University\, and teams will pitch their business ideas to the judging panel for the interview. Selected students will be notified by email from Cyberport.
